We are hiring a Product Manager!
Are you an experienced Product Manager passionate about driving digital platforms forward? We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the technical development and ongoing enhancement of a fast-growing digital platform ecosystem.
In this remote role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, ensure system stability, and drive continuous product improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical development and implementation of the platform and supporting infrastructure.
- Own and manage the product and technical roadmap, including platform tools, reward systems, and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with software developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor platform stability, security, and performance to guarantee reliable service delivery.
- Ensure technical alignment and smooth integrations across internal platforms and external financial/banking partners.
- Analyze platform usage and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Track progress, manage priorities, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Product Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Management, specifically with software development teams and digital products. Cross-functional coordination experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong project management and technical understanding of software development/IT systems.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Tools: Good Excel/reporting skills and experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Work Style: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a remote, distributed team environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience managing digital platforms or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of API integrations and platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
